How do I return?

If your item is faulty, damaged or not as expected, write to info@daintykane.co.uk and state your order number, the product which is at fault, and the issue.  We may be able to issue a refund/replacement without a return however we may require photos in this instance.  If you do need to return the product in this instance, we will also refund the postage charge.

Can i cancel my order?

You have 14 days from the time of ordering to submit a request to return your goods and cancel your order contract, followed by another 14 days to return the item. If the goods are not returned within the 14 day returns period then a refund cannot be processed.
